Our Walks
We offer activity-packed nature walks through local parks and green spaces designed for families to have fun and connect with each other.
We aim to make getting outside and enjoying time together as easy and engaging as possible! That’s why we’ve built our walks around simple, fun activities that spark joy and can be easily repeated at home.
What Happens on a Walk?
Walks take place in parks and green spaces, led by a friendly member of the Wandering Emotions team.
They are packed with unique activities for fun family exploration, such as:
Creative Art: Drawing nature, or making masterpiece mosaics with natural finds like petals and leaves.
Expression Games: Playful ways to express feelings, like roaring out your feelings or other animal-based games.
Mindful Moments: Simple activities to engage with nature using all your senses.
Activities are designed primarily for children aged 5–12 with an accompanying adult, but all family members are warmly welcomed.
Every walk is designed by Wellbeing Professionals to ensure the activities are positive and supportive.
Walks last approximately 1 hour.
